Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and documents; PLCs and VFDs familiarity.
• Able to work independently and in a team; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment.
• Ensure equipment safety and reliability to support production goals.
• Set up and repair processing lines, conveyors, bagging systems, case erectors, and barcode systems.
• Read electrical schematics and perform minor PLC/VFD programming.
• Respond quickly to downtime and keep equipment production-ready.
