Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in corrugated industry preferred.
• Prior experience in a fulfillment operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow supervisor instructions.
• Work with crew to support production projects.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Maximize piece-rate speed on assigned tasks.
• Cross-train for other positions as needed.
• Complete reports including Production Data, Machine Status, Safety Data, Quality Data.
• Submit equipment work orders and assist with maintenance.
• Switch duties with First Helper as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety rules.
• Support production schedule and suggest improvements to meet cost, quality, and service goals.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
