Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator for a long-time print manufacturing client in Plymouth, MN. The role involves assisting with setups, quality checks, and packaging, with a 2nd shift schedule and 36-hour weeks.

You’ll train on first shift for 2-3 weeks and have a path from temporary to potential hire, with comprehensive benefits upon permanent hire. The starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with growth opportunities as you learn the role.

Formación

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Related work experience.
• Be able to regularly lift 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Simple mathematic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist machine operator with set-ups and gather components.
• Perform quality checks and packaging tasks.
• Assist with light maintenance.
• Operate the machine in the operator's absence.
• Read job tickets/BOM to ensure correct components.
• Inspect/measure product to verify specifications.
