Qualifications

• Read blueprints, drawings, tape measures.
• Operate a variety of tools including power tools, clamps, battery-powered drills, impact wrenches, and drill presses.
• Able to do simple tooling setup.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination; able to work with fiberglass and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble seating to customer specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, clamps, wrenches, and drill press.
• Read, comprehend and follow instructions and procedures.
• Verify materials and equipment needed.
• Take measurements to ensure perfect fit.
• Work with fabric and foam.
• Use glue.
• Operate pneumatic staplers.
• Align materials and assemble complex units.
• Communicate product issues to the team lead or supervisor.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment.
• Willing to assist with other tasks as required.
