Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is seeking a Production Team Member to join our Berea, KY manufacturing operation on 2nd shift. You will assemble components per work instructions, ensure quality, and help keep production running smoothly during the weekend AM shift.

The role requires reading instructions, good manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs while collaborating in a team to meet targets and follow 5S and ISO quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Able to read and follow written instructions.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components following standard work instructions.
• Use gauges/indicators to check dimensions and quality.
• Identify and report product or workmanship defects.
• Change simple parts/fixtures to support changeovers.
• Record data to support production and tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace per 5S.
