Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. in Jasper, Indiana, is seeking a hands-on Assembler for the 2nd shift to produce components and sub-assemblies. You will gather parts, inspect connections for proper fit, and ensure parts meet specifications.

No experience is required, though 1+ years in manufacturing is preferred. Expect a 4:00 pm–2:30 am schedule Monday through Thursday, with a $2.00/hr shift premium. The job emphasizes a safe, clean workspace, teamwork, and reliable quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
