Qualifications

• Be multi-functionally skilled and able to perform various assignments.
• Ability to run all operations efficiently and follow Work Instructions.
• Flexibility to work overtime or off shifts as schedule requires.
• Good understanding of the Toyota Production System.
• Active participation in kaizen activities and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Replace Team Leader in their absence or when needed on a day-to-day basis.
• Follow standard operating procedures on various assembly lines in the area.
• Inspect work and equipment as outlined in the Work Instruction Manual.
• Report equipment abnormalities or problems to the Line/Group Leader.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Aspire to advance to Team Leader.
