Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a 2nd shift worker to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line equipment at a fixed workstation. You will install components as products move along the line, move and sort materials, and monitor quality while recording daily production data for performance analysis.

Qualifications include basic knowledge from work experience or vocational education. The pay range is USD 18.46 to 23.00 per hour, with potential commissions based on performance metrics;

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line machinery at fixed workstation positions.
• Operate machinery to install parts/components of in-process products as the line moves.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and identify faulty products for rework or discard.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
