Dover Food Retail is a leading manufacturer in display cases and refrigeration systems, offering a role on the manufacturing floor with opportunities for commissions based on performance. You will operate assembly-line machinery, move and pack materials, and monitor quality throughout the shift.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to procedures, and accurate record-keeping, with an inclusive environment and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot assembly line machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing assembly line equipment at fixed positions.
• Move, pack and sort raw materials or finished goods along the line.
• Monitor output quality and identify/discard/re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
