Job summary

ResourceMFG is hiring an assembler for the 2nd shift in Randleman, NC, to support a national electronics company in long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities. You will assemble enclosures using drawings and basic schematics, use hand tools and tape measures, and perform light sheet metal fabrication.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with pay at $20/hour. Veterans and transitioning military personnel are strongly encouraged to apply based on mechanical or electrical hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable with basic hand tools.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Hands-on assembly, manufacturing, construction, or mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble enclosures using drawings and basic schematics.
• Use hand tools and tape measures.
• Perform light sheet metal fabrication.
• Install aluminum skirting and rubber roofing sheets.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• Follow established safety procedures.
