Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or related.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe environment through education, awareness, and ownership.
• Monitor and improve safety on the shop floor, eliminating unsafe operations.
• Communicate workload, priorities and sequence for work assigned daily.
• Train and develop staff; estimate personnel needs; assign work to meet dates.
• Drive continuous improvement and 6S, Lean, and CQMS/ISO initiatives.
• Lead root cause corrective action projects and cost-reduction efforts.
