Job summary

Coworx Staffing Services LLC is seeking 2nd shift Assemblers/Warehouse Associates for our Knoxville, TN location. The role involves assembling products, building displays, receiving items from the line, and ensuring smooth production flow in a climate-controlled facility.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods. Training starts day 1 with weekly pay and a 2nd shift schedule from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions verbally and through designated signs.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work with your hands and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to wear steel-toed shoes for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble quality products according to established production standards.
• Build displays using staplers, fasteners, and glue.
• Receive products from the production line and perform inspections as required.
• Keep the production line moving by passing products to team members in a timely manner.
• Perform hands-on work and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Report any quality control issues or defects to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and work safely at all times.
