Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of manufacturing assembly or construction experience.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate spot welding equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work required overtime as production demands.
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience.
• Previous spot welding experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience reading work instructions or blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production specifications.
• Operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Meet daily production and performance goals.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
