As a CPI Assembler/Packer, you will perform a variety of repetitive assembly tasks of the company’s products into complete packages and/or sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Chatsworth Products (CPI) offers ownership opportunities to its employees. We are currently seeking an Assembler/Packer at our Georgetown, Texas location.

Your responsibilities include performing final inspection of products before shipment, packaging, labeling, operating small production equipment, and assembling components. The role involves rotating through different assembly stations such as TeraFrame, Mixed Model line, Cabling Section, and Accessories, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Essential Functions

1. Select, inspect, assemble, and package products for shipment, including labeling and palletizing as per specifications.
2. Maintain a safe work environment, addressing safety issues proactively.
3. Requisition packaging materials, inspect for damages or defects.
4. Conduct product inspections according to procedures and report issues.
5. Certify products through Quality Assurance processes.
6. Work based on blueprints, specifications, and schedules.

Additional Functions

1. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist in cleaning common areas.
2. Perform other duties as assigned.
