Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting a manufacturing client in Marinette, WI to hire an Assembler I for the 2nd shift. You will perform assembly of commercial indoor air handling units, install parts per manuals, and operate powered tools to fabricate components.

Teamwork, accuracy, and a solid work ethic are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (or related training), basic reading and math skills, and the ability to follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety rules.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting.
• Forklift license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations to produce indoor air handling units.
• Install parts according to manuals, instructions and documentation.
• Use powered tools such as air guns, drills and saws for fabrication.
• Complete layouts for header panels and cut holes as required.
• Operate overhead cranes to move subassemblies and ensure quality standards.
