Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Warehouse Area Manager in Lithia Springs, GA. You will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, and material flow for your shift, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

You will lead through people and processes, driving continuous improvement and cost-effective outcomes while meeting delivery targets. You will manage labor plans, coach Team Leads, and ensure accurate transactions into inventory, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Experience leading hourly teams for at least 2 years.
• Proven ownership of safety, productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience with inventory control and distribution operations.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with Oracle or comparable SCM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own safety performance for the assigned area/shift and maintain a safe environment.
• Review forecasts and align labor plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Lead daily shift execution balancing labor and workflow for productivity and quality.
• Ensure operations run according to standard work and meet service commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement by eliminating non-value-added activities.
• Ensure associates are trained and capable of meeting requirements.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and leaders to resolve issues across shifts.
