Diamondback America is seeking a skilled Anodize Level II for the 2nd shift to support our anodize department. This role emphasizes anodizing and sandblast operations, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining process parameters to ensure product quality.

Ideal candidates will have experience with hand and power tools, can lift 50 lbs, and preferably hold forklift certification or prior machine operation experience. Hours are 2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. with overtime as needed.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification preferred; 2+ years machine operation experience preferred; sanding or sandblasting experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Shovel or pour sand, grit, or other abrasive material into the machine and monitor supply.
• Prepare surfaces for abrading and protect areas using masking film, tape, and rubber.
• Keep work areas clean and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain sandblasting equipment and change nozzles.
• Track part counts and complete shift logs daily.
• Follow SOPs to maintain and improve machine efficiency.
• Rack and load parts into anodize tanks per production schedule.
• Monitor and maintain anodize process parameters for quality.
• Inspect parts before and after anodizing for finish and quality.
• Prepare equipment and work areas to support continuous operations.
• Ensure parts are tracked and boxed per ATF standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
