V2X Inc in Indianapolis is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the Electrical Assembly area for military-grade new builds and repair parts, ensuring all tasks meet Aerospace Quality Standards and comply with OSHA safety requirements.

The role involves scheduling, performance appraisals, staffing decisions, and guiding process improvements. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to read drawings and engineering documents are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting with ability to manage teams.
• Ability to read drawings, engineering documents, and process routings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling and prioritization of work in Electrical Assembly.
• Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Staffing interviews and recommendations; communicate plans to teams.
• Ensure production goals and employee needs are met in tandem.
• Lead new processes and rework methods; document SPC controls.
• Report KPIs and perform root cause analysis for safety and quality.
