Job summary

Unimacts Global is seeking a 2nd shift Forklift and Combi-Lift Operator for our Sloan, Nevada facility. You will be the driving force in handling and moving materials safely and efficiently within our manufacturing campus.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and combi-lift equipment, loading/unloading, securing loads, weighing and recording data, and performing routine maintenance. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proven experience as forklift operator.
• License/ certification: Forklift Driver Licensing process.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Material handling: operate lifting devices to load, unload and transport materials.
• Operate gasoline- or electric-powered forklifts to move materials across loading docks, processing zones and storage areas.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or vehicles.
• Secure transport by properly positioning lifting devices for safe movement.
• Inspect loads for accuracy and secure transportation to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with coworkers to coordinate material discharge, dumping, or leveling.
• Weigh materials and log weights or production data.
• Conduct routine maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, battery recharging and fueling on vehicles and equipment.
• Operate machines for automatic stacking, loading, packaging, or cutting as required.
• Unload materials into designated hoppers using valves and chutes.
