Responsibilities:

Assist the supervisor in guiding associates in the 2nd Processing department towards production goals and quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent attendance and personnel record
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English and Spanish (speak, read, write)
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax, etc.)
• Weekend work as necessary
• Ability to train new associates
• Perform all jobs in the department at line speed
• Knowledge of workplace safety rules
• Accurate paperwork completion
• Multitasking ability

Education & Experience:

• GED or equivalent
• Proficient in math and computer skills
