Are you a skilled CNC Machinist ready to work with precision and independence? We're looking for experienced professionals who can program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes without supervision. This is a great opportunity to join a company that values your expertise and gives you the tools and environment to thrive. Shifts: 2nd 2:30pm-10:30pm| 3rd 10:30pm-6:30am. Company located in Menomonee Falls.

Requirements:

• Complete setup, programming, and operation of CNC mills and lathes.


• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.


• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy.


• Maintain production quality and safety standards.


• Troubleshoot issues and make machine adjustments as needed.


• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.


• Ability to perform full setups and write/edit CNC programs (G-code or conversational).


• Solid understanding of machining principles, materials, and tolerances.


• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
