Job summary

A. O. Smith is seeking a Valve Programmer in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Primary Function

The Valve Programmer's primary duties include assembling and programming water softener and filter control valves. The role requires working from a bill of materials, performing computer tasks such as downloading valve configuration files and RF scanning, and completing work accurately and efficiently.

Employees must think quickly, identify issues, and safely manage multiple tasks.

Schedule: Training: 2nd shift Monday - Thu - 4X10 12:30pm-11pm. After min of 30 days training, flexible with arranged start time after 2pm. Ideal 2-10pm, but could also work 3rd shift.
