Qualifications

• Knowledge of curriculum and applicable laws regarding education
• Proficiency with computer networks and software
• Ability to use technology to enhance learning
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• FDLE Level 2 background check required

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe classroom with individualized and small-group instruction
• Creates detailed lesson plans and instructional materials
• Differentiates instruction by student learning styles
• Conducts ongoing assessment of student learning
• Pursues ongoing professional development
• Encourages parental involvement and effective communication
• Administers standardized tests per Diocesan programs
• Participates in faculty meetings and committees
• Engages in activities outside the classroom with students
• Performs additional duties as assigned
