Job summary

Jefferson Elementary in Mesa, AZ is seeking a 2nd-grade classroom teacher to translate the district curriculum standards into engaging learning experiences. Immediate start for a full-time position with certified teaching credentials encouraged.

The teacher will maintain a positive educational environment, prepare lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with families to support each student’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid Arizona Teaching Certification required.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Associate teacher, student teaching or practicum experience preferred.
