Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• 2–3 years of experience with urban youth is preferred.
• Master’s Degree and SEI endorsement are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach curriculum aligned with MA standards and Expeditionary Learning practices.
• Develop assessments in grade-level teams to measure progress toward standards.
• Nurture and communicate high academic expectations for all students.
• Incorporate direct instruction, small group work, and project-based learning to engage students.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and support staff to plan differentiation strategies.
