You will lead life-skills workshops and coach K-3 students toward ambitious weekly goals, using Coachbot analytics and evidence-based motivation.

This role emphasizes coaching over traditional teaching, focusing on engagement, feedback, and real student growth. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with children ages 4-9.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with structure to keep groups engaged.
• Track record of motivating young children to achieve challenging goals with impact examples.
• Concrete example of changing your approach based on feedback and the result.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning while focusing energy on coaching and life-skill development.
• The ability to balance warmth with unwavering expectations and keep children engaged through energetic storytelling.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students on communication, focus, and feedback.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups, using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery and coach until real understanding is shown.
• Adapt coaching style to cohort needs using songs, movement, and storytelling.
• Build relationships that encourage students to stretch beyond their perceived limits.
