BASIS Baton Rouge Mid City is seeking a qualified 2nd Grade Elementary Teacher for an immediate start. You’ll work in a co-taught K-3 or K-4 setting under BASIS Ed's Learning Expert Teacher (LETs) model, focusing on individual student needs and outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Valid fingerprint clearance and/or satisfactory state background check.
• Passion for student achievement and directed effort to raise individual student outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one cohort of students and manage classroom transitions.
• Collaborate with the Subject Expert Teacher (SET) for each class period.
• Provide individualized or small group instruction to meet differentiated needs.
• Establish and maintain standards of student behavior to create a productive learning environment.
