Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking dependable individuals to join the production team as Composite Technicians in Fort Wayne. No prior composite or manufacturing experience is required, as we will train the right candidates.

This temp-to-hire role offers $16.00 per hour starting pay, rising to $18.00 once hired directly, with second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM and overtime potential based on production needs.

Qualifications

• No previous composite or manufacturing experience required.
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance.

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lay carbon fiber material into molds according to work instructions.
• Prepare materials and molds for production.
• Follow established production processes and procedures.
• Vacuum bag parts before they are placed in the oven.
• Inspect parts for quality throughout the lay-up process.
• Perform repetitive hands-on production tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety and quality requirements.

Available Positions

• 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10:30 PM | 2 openings
• Temp-to-Hire | $16.00/hr starting pay, increasing to $18.00/hr upon direct hire
• Overtime is currently limited but may vary based on production needs.
• Temp-to-hire after 520 hours
