Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 6-8 UAW maintenance technicians at the Grand Prairie Plant in Grand Prairie, TX. The role requires ensuring equipment uptime and supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

You will drive safety compliance, troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, conveyor, and pneumatic systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with Engineering and Production is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a plant/factory environment.
• Strong skills in Team Leadership, Project Management, Time Management, Budget Management, Employee Training & Development, Safety & Health Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily activities of 6-8 plant maintenance employees.
• Coordinate rapid response to equipment breakdowns and production downtime.
• Support and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, conveyor, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret: Equipment manuals, Electrical schematics, Assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to complete projects on schedule.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) improvements.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work and optimize spare parts availability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and plant safety regulations, including: LOTO, NFPA 70E / Arc Flash Safety, Energized Work Permits, Safe Cell Entry Procedures.
