Job summary

Cooper Standard Industrial & Specialty Group (ISG) in New Philadelphia, Ohio, is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will produce quality products, manage setup and changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a second or third shift (4pm–12am or 12am–8am) with a base rate of $17.00 per hour, plus a $0.75 shift differential and training bonuses as applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Multi-tasking and adaptability to a fast-paced position.
• Basic computer skills for production systems and logging.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products in accordance with standards.
• Perform efficient set-ups, changeovers, and production runs.
• Learn and cross-train others on production processes and procedures.
• Apply Lean methods and continuous improvement concepts to enhance efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing effective solutions to meet customer needs.
