Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Production Operator in Pomona, MO (West Plains area) to work on the second or third shift and operate production machines safely to meet quality and output targets.

Starting wage is $18.55/hour with a $1 shift premium; benefits begin day one and include medical, dental, vision, RX, and a 6% 401(k) match. Overtime opportunities, tuition assistance, and annual merit increases are available.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a computer.
• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Hose fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Input quality and production data and log maintenance tickets.
• Assist with cross-training in multiple shop areas and follow standard work documents.
