Responsibilities:

• Assist in manufacturing and shipping quality products by transferring, cleaning, painting (including plant equipment, guard rails, floor lines, storage racks, conveyors, production offices, locker rooms, and restrooms), and performing cleaning tasks inside and outside the facilities as directed by supervision.
• Operate, monitor, and inspect assembly machines, tools, dip tanks, paint lines, impregnators, and related equipment to produce finished products; assist with setup and material handling; perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Pack, inspect, and prepare products for shipment or transfer; operate related moving and storage equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear prescribed safety gear at all times.
• Report work performed, inspections, findings, and materials used accurately and neatly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and waste is removed.
• Immediately report any injuries, unsafe conditions, or equipment failures to supervision.
• Participate in initiatives to improve workplace efficiency, eliminate waste, and enhance quality.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect castings, perform tests and audits, record findings, and maintain certifications for contract work.
• Operate grinding, conveying, cleaning, pressing, buffing, and related equipment, and perform related duties as directed.

Note: Ear protection and personal protective equipment are mandatory at all times due to noise levels. Safety gear is provided by the company, except for steel toe shoes, which employees must supply.

Shift Details:

2^nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:25 pm

3^rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:20 am

*Shift times are subject to change. Employees may be required to work over 8 hours per shift and on weekends. Refusal to work overtime or required shifts may be considered voluntary resignation. Overtime pay applies for hours exceeding 40 per week.
