Job summary

RRD in Ohio is seeking workers for 2nd and 3rd shifts to handle printed sheets and related materials on a printing/adhesive coating line. You will remove, stack, and move items from discharge units, review for defects, and support the press crew as needed.

Expect to use manual dollies and hand trucks, assist with make-ready processes, and perform basic quality checks on in-process materials. Shift differential applies and benefits include health coverage and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Stock, move, jog, arrange, unload, count and rotate items on/off printing press equipment.
• Recognize signatures with potential defects and notify Pressroom as needed.
• Able to operate manual handling tools and equipment per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, folded signatures, labels or other in-process product from discharge units.
• Review for smearing, register issues, and notify the Pressroom.
• May assist Press Crew with make-ready tasks and plate handling.
• Perform in-process quality checks for print defects.
