Metko Inc. is seeking full-time welders to join our New Holstein team, offering second and third shift opportunities. You will weld mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components for custom fabrication projects and read blueprints and weld symbols to meet specifications.
This role emphasizes accurate welds, safety, and teamwork. Previous MIG/TIG experience and an accredited welding program are valued; training may occur on first shift before transitioning to regular shifts.
Metko is a third-generation, family-owned Wisconsin manufacturer built on quality workmanship, dependable service, and the people behind every product we make.
We are looking for full-time welders to join our New Holstein team, with opportunities available on both second and third shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in the craft, enjoys working with a variety of materials, and wants to see quality parts take shape through their own work.
At Metko, you will have the opportunity to weld components made from mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while contributing to custom metal-fabrication projects for customers across a range of industries.
Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Third Shift: Sunday evening through Friday morning, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Training for these positions may temporarily take place on first shift before transitioning to the regular second and third shift schedules.
Welders at different stages of their careers are encouraged to apply. One or more years of current MIG and/or TIG welding experience is preferred, and completion of an accredited technical-college welding program is a plus.
At Metko, you are not joining a distant corporation. You are joining a third-generation, family-owned manufacturer where skilled work matters and your contribution can be seen in every finished part.
If you are ready to put your welding ability to work, expand your experience with different materials, and become part of a dependable manufacturing team, we would like to hear from you.
