Job summary

Pratt Industries in Conyers, GA, is seeking Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial converting and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime.

Requirements include 1 year of maintenance experience or training, ability to read diagrams and schematics, and knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics. Tools provided by you, with growth opportunities in a safety‑focused, team environment.

Qualifications

• Must troubleshoot drives and PLCs.
• Must read mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Must have a good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Performs required maintenance on manufacturing production machinery and equipment.
• Assists other maintenance personnel in performing mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform required maintenance on plant’s machinery and equipment
• Follow and ensure that coworkers adhere to all applicable safe work policies & procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components.
• Ensure that all work orders provided are completed as requested, or solution is reached.
• Maintain parts inventory.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry as required.
• Assist in the training of coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
