Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production equipment and processes.
• Assemble tire repair products using rubber, fabric, and related materials.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Complete production, inventory, and quality documentation accurately.
• Load materials and move finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns.
