• Shift Premium of $.75/hr on 2nd shift & $1.00/hr on 3rd shift.

Compensation Overview

• Pay Scale $34.11 without Shift Premium.
• Shift Premium of $.75/hr on 2nd shift & $1.00/hr on 3rd shift.

Work Schedule

2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm / 3rd Shift 11pm-7:30am

Flexible scheduling, 8-hour workday with overtime. Employees may work weekends and holidays. Available positions on 2nd and 3rd shifts only.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Wear proper PPE, comply with safety training, policies, and procedures; report unsafe conditions.
• Exhibit and promote safe work habits.
• Participate in QRMP audits and assist in developing procedures and corrective actions.
• Lead the implementation of QRMP system and operational standards.
• Operate equipment to optimize quality and productivity, perform adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance, updates, and process development.
• Overhaul, modify, and install equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Train line associates.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or as an automotive technician preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated.
• Ability to safely operate power tools, hand tools, and electrical/test equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to work at heights safely.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
