Job summary

Responsibilities include following procedures, reporting non-conformities, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting corrective actions. Must be 18+ with safety training experience; 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with safety and environmental training.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervision, and management.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow policies, procedures and instructions.
• Identify and report product, process and quality system non-conformities to lead personnel.
• Control nonconforming products.
• Support implementation of corrective/preventive and improvement actions.
• Maintain day-to-day housekeeping of the production floor area.
• Run cells through the heat seal machine; leak test cell; bond posts to covers with heat tool.
• Connect cells into circuits for next operation (forming).
• Comply with Crown Quality System and related procedures.
