Compensation Overview

• Pay Scale $22.01 without Shift Premium.
• Shift Premium of $.75/hr on 2nd shift & $1.00/hr on 3rd shift.
• Hourly Bonus Program

Work Schedule

2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm / 3rd Shift 11pm-7:30am

Flexible scheduling, 8-hour workday with possible overtime. Employees may work weekends and holidays. Only 2nd and 3rd shift positions available.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Documentation of pertinent information where required.
• Keeping area clean and orderly.
• Sanitation, as required, in processing and packaging areas.
• Comply with all company policies and safety rules while performing duties.
• Know, understand, and comply with Kraft Heinz Environmental Policy.
• Responsible for wearing proper PPE, complying with all safety training, policies, and procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Participate and collaborate in meetings.
• Training others and filling in for other positions as assigned.
• Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
• Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP system and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred.
• Experience in production/manufacturing preferred but will train the right candidates.
