Job summary

Hire Sync in Solon, OH is seeking an experienced Driver / Tow Motor Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role blends local box truck driving with hands-on material handling and forklift operation to keep production moving.

You will load/unload, stage materials, operate pallet jacks, and follow production schedules while maintaining safety and GMP procedures. A valid driver's license and tow motor experience are required.

Qualifications

• Tow motor/forklift experience required.
• Box truck driving experience preferred.
• Must read, write and understand English to follow instructions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck to transport products between facilities.
• Safely operate a tow motor/forklift to load, unload, stage, and move materials.
• Operate pallet jacks and other handling equipment as needed.
• Identify, retrieve and stage materials according to production needs.
• Wrap and prepare pallets for transport.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain safety, GMP and documentation.
