Altec is hiring for an Assembler on 2nd and 3rd shift to build Pedestals, Turntables, and Boom components. You will read blueprints, inspect hydraulic diagrams, and ensure quality workmanship daily within a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and ability to work non-standard shifts. Training, benefits, and career growth are highlighted in our program.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprints and hydraulic diagrams.
• Reads and understands tape measures.
• Performs re-work as required.
• Follows safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Pedestals, Turntables, and Boom components with related parts.
• Provide quality and timely workmanship on each job performed.
• Learn and operate all equipment within the department.
• Move to other areas of production as needed.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
