Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking an assembler to build LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to precise instructions. The role requires safe use of hand tools and light machinery, plus strict adherence to quality and 5S standards.

You will read engineering documents, perform inspections, and maintain production records while collaborating with teammates to hit daily goals. This full-time position offers evening and night shifts and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Previous retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands for assembling small components.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
• Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed assembly work.

Position Title: Assembler Wage: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Shift: 2nd, 3rd Hours: 3:15pm-11:15pm; 11:00pm-7:05am
