Job summary

2M Company, a division of Headwater Companies, seeks a warehouse associate to maintain a clean, safe workspace and efficiently manage stock. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, preparing invoices, and supporting loading/unloading activities for on-site operations.

In this role you will implement ERP-based stock put-away, assist with inventory cycle counts, and provide customer service as needed. A flexible, safety-conscious team member is essential.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to create routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to apply common sense to written, oral or diagram instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Acceptable MVR per Automobile Insurer guidelines; must meet this requirement during annual insurance review.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse by ensuring stock is handled and dispositioned in an organized manner.
• Prepare all shipments including pulling stock and preparation of invoices.
• Receive all incoming shipments; inspect for damages and audit for accuracy.
• Put stock away in proper location after it has been received in the ERP system.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks.
• Assist with the maintenance of inventory control and cycle counts.
• Assist with deliveries and customer service as needed.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
