Horizontal Talent is seeking a freelance event design specialist to create and style graphics for a major technology conference. You will design booth and environmental graphics, ensure consistency with brand guidelines, and polish presentation materials for a polished conference experience.

The role emphasizes producing production-ready artwork, collaborating with the team under tight deadlines, and maintaining strict visual standards across all assets.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of 2D graphic design, event signage or experiential work.
• Experience with large-format graphics and production-ready files.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong PowerPoint design and layout skills.
• Ability to follow established brand guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D graphic design work, event signage, environmental graphics, or experiential marketing projects.
• Experience preparing large-format graphics and production-ready files.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong PowerPoint design and layout skills.
• Ability to work within established brand and visual identity guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience supporting enterprise technology clients.
