Job summary

RetroStyle Games LLC is seeking an Art Lead to own our Slot / Social Casino projects and guide the team. We welcome experienced artists aiming for leadership, even if you haven't led before—together we will build the path.

You will work with AI tools and pipelines, adapt to various art styles, and collaborate across disciplines to elevate the project. This is a full-time role with flexible office/remote options and a team that loves what they do.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools and pipelines in a team setting.
• Experience on Slot / Social Casino projects is highly valued.
• Strong hand-drawing skills (Middle+) with ability to augment with tools.
• Comfortable working across different art styles.
• English at B2+ level for client briefs and feedback.

Our art portfolio includes dozens of projects in various genres and styles.

We are looking for someone ready to take ownership of our Slot / Social Casino projects and become a strong Art Lead for the team.

Previous Lead experience is not required — we’re also happy to welcome experienced artists who aspire to this role; we’ll build the rest together.

What Really Matters to Us

• You work confidently with AI tools and understand AI pipelines — ready not only to use them yourself, but to inspire and level up the team;
• You have experience with Slot / Social Casino projects and a good feel for their specifics;
• You have strong hand-drawing skills (Middle+) and know how to amplify them with additional tools in your pipeline;
• You feel comfortable working across different art styles.

Extra Great to Have

• Basic 3D knowledge;
• English at B2+ level for client briefs and feedback.
