Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate 2D Animator with expertise in Adobe Animate CC to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, a compelling portfolio of 2D animation videos, and proficiency in other Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as After Effects. This role is an opportunity to bring ideas to life and contribute to engaging storytelling through animation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality 2D animations using Adobe Animate CC.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute animation projects.
• Develop character designs, motion graphics, and visual storytelling elements.
• Incorporate feedback from creative directors, clients, and team members.
• Utilize tools like Adobe After Effects for post-production and advanced motion graphics.
• Ensure all animations align with the brand's aesthetic and project objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest animation trends and tools to deliver innovative designs.
• Basic digital illustration skill is a plus.
• Expertise in Adobe Animate CC with a strong focus on HTML5 Canvas exports for browser-based animations.
• Ability to create editable animation templates where users can dynamically modify text, images, colors, and effects (e.g., using Mustache templating or similar dynamic content approaches).
• Strong Understanding of keyframing, tweening, and dynamic content integration to ensure smooth animation workflows.
• Experience in optimizing animations for browser performance and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Animate CC, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong design sense with a keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, character animation, and visual effects.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, character animation, and visual effects.
  • Proficiency in CreateJS (EaseIJS, TweenJS) and JavaScript scripting to enable interactive, programmatically controlled animations.
• Experience in implementing custom timeline scrubbers for animation control and integrating image cropping tools (e.g., Cropper.js) for dynamic user edits.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse 2D animation work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for feedback.
