Job summary

DigiPen Institute of Technology is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for ANI-399 – 2D II, The Illusion of Life. You will support the instructor in the classroom and labs, assist with demonstrations, and provide constructive feedback to students in a structured, student-friendly environment.

Expect to work ~10 hours per week (up to 15) from Sept 3 to Dec 4, 2026, with a wage range of $17.13–$18.25 per hour. Schedule is subject to class times and budget constraints; on-site in Redmond, WA.

Qualifications

• Must be a current DigiPen Institute of Technology student.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher and good academic standing.
• Completed ANI-398 or ANI-399 with a B+ or better.
• Excellent 2D drawing and staging skills.
• Comfort with various animation and design programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructor in classroom and labs as requested.
• Set up equipment and run slide decks during lectures.
• Provide critique and feedback to students.
• Grade work outside class and track time worked.
• Attend weekly meetings with instructor for performance feedback.
