Work Timings: 9:30am-6:30pm

About the Job:

Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Mass hiring, BPO hiring, Bulk hiring)

Education: Graduate

Responsibilities:

• Doing hardcore sourcing and recruitment mainly for ITES/BPO/KPO requirements.
• Hiring for all Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions.
• Doing interview lineups and proper follow-ups with the candidates.
• Sourcing candidates as per JDs provided by the clients.
• Is well seasoned with bulk-hiring.
• Using various social media sites and job portals to build a strong pipeline of candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent in English communication both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with high target chasing on a monthly basis.
• Experienced in recruitment for BPO/ITES requirements.
• Experienced with a lot of outbound/cold calling on a daily basis.
• Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
