Position - IT Staffing Head (APAC)

Responsibilities
- Global Talent Recruitment and Acquisition experience in developing and executing recruiting plans within both agency and in-house settings globally (APAC, NAM regions).
- Enhance relationships with clients by ensuring qualitative assignments are completed within TAT, improving existing performance and creating new benchmarks on the SLAs.
- Manage all phases of full cycle recruiting from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding.
- Creatively source high-calibre candidates by leveraging social media, cold calling, and employee referrals.
- Stakeholder management & Resource fulfillment for APAC, Australia & New Zealand.
- Coordinate with BU heads and country managers for resource planning.
- Execute all TA strategies and activities in alignment with business priorities through regular interaction with the leadership team.
- Interface with the leadership team to support strategic and operational hiring efforts and provide detailed analysis of Talent Acquisition performance on parameters of Lead time and Satisfaction Scores.
- Prepare and present Talent Acquisition reports to board members on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Utilize external agencies and job boards to prepare salary bands based on level and skill for new hires.
- Involve in HR round discussions for senior positions.
- Responsible for adding external recruitment agencies and tracking their performance on a regular basis.
- Process invoices for external vendors.
- Negotiate rates with external agencies for recruitment services.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Candidate management and account management in contract roles internationally.
- Handled high volume and niche skills hiring.
- Strategic sourcing and talent pipelining for niche IT skills on LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and job boards like Seek.com, Indeed, CV-Library, and Monster.com.
- Fluent ICT applications skills (MS Teams, MS Office tools & job-specific software applications).
- Professional people skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent work ethics/reliable, efficient team player and can work autonomously with minimum supervision.
- Experience recruiting for the ICT industry across domains like Banking & Insurance, Telecom, and Infrastructure.
- Actively network on LinkedIn to find new clients and candidates.
- Extensive experience working on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) like Bullhorn.
- Provide strategic counselling to the internal executive team regarding overall delivery performance by tracking matrices and monitoring deliveries and process improvement.
- Ability to meet or exceed revenue targets without compromising quality or values.
- Analyze individual, team and program/account performance on a regular basis, perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans when necessary.
