What You Will Do?

1. Supervise shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
2. Train and develop crew members.
3. Maintain a harmonious relationship with management and crew, assisting with duties as needed.
4. Conduct pre-shift meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
5. Manage labor costs and control inventory.
6. Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations.
7. Oversee building and equipment maintenance.
8. Handle cash responsibilities, including deposits and procedures.
9. Ensure professional appearance and conduct.
10. Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
11. Represent Boddie-Noell professionally at all times.

What Will You Need?

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to meet physical demands
• Leadership and training skills
• At least 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background and drug tests
• Preferably a valid driver’s license
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
